Roundabout Theatre Company’s off-Broadway revival of Talley’s Folly will begin preview performances on February 9, rather than the previously scheduled start date of February 8 (due to weather conditions in New York City). Three-time Tony nominee Danny Burstein and Sarah Paulson star in the production, which will run through April 28 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. Opening night is scheduled for March 5.
Lanford Wilson’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play follows a Jewish immigrant named Matt Friedman (Burstein) who returns to his mid-western hometown after World War II in the hopes of rekindling his romance with nurse Sally Talley (Paulson).
Michael Wilson directs the production, which features set design by Jeff Cowie, costumes by David Woolard and lighting by Rui Pita.
